SentsicOS Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 11, 2026

Sentsic ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy, identity metadata, and system infrastructure profiles of our SaaS consumers. This Privacy Policy details how SentsicOS ingests, isolates, and safeguards information collected across our deployment gateways, identity modules, and billing endpoints.

1. The Information Matrix We Ingest

We collect only the bare minimum telemetry required to maintain secure, high-performance software-defined infrastructure operations:

  • Identity Infrastructure Data: Your full legal name, business email address, company profile name, contact phone routing strings, and explicit timestamps tracking your acceptance of our legal compliance markers.
  • Operational Cryptography: One-time alphanumeric 6-character authentication codes generated by our hashing systems to authenticate passwordless sessions.
  • Payment Profiles: Tokenized credit card attributes passed directly through to our payment ledger vendor, Stripe. Sentsic systems do not ingest, write, or store raw primary account numbers (PAN) within our local PostgreSQL volumes.
  • Network Logs: Server-side requests capture active IP routing points, User-Agent identification frameworks, and error telemetry flags to track application performance and mitigate brute-force vectors.

2. How Your Data is Utilized

Sentsic uses your infrastructure telemetry data strictly to maintain service delivery:

  • Processing secure, passwordless authentication access tokens.
  • Provisioning cloud resource allocations and executing Stripe invoicing layers.
  • Notifying account operators regarding license changes, billing statements, or breaking backend microservice updates.
  • Executing real-time automated rate limiting blocks (protecting endpoints via 429 response boundaries).

3. Data Isolation and Storage Boundaries

  • Session Cookie Architecture: Your authenticated session state is preserved using an edge-level server-side session identifier marked with SameSite=Strict and Secure directives, preventing cross-site scripting exfiltration of your access token.
  • Database Volume Management: Personal identification metrics and schema states live inside secure, persistent PostgreSQL storage instances.
  • Zero Third-Party Commercialization: Sentsic does not trade, sell, or distribute your identity records, workspace slugs, or telemetry profiles to external marketing syndicates. Data is shared exclusively with critical infrastructure dependencies (such as Stripe for transaction handshakes and sentsic.com for outbound transactional mail delivery).

4. Data Security Compliance Rights

Depending on your regional deployment context, you maintain explicit infrastructure data management freedoms. You can request comprehensive reports showing your active identity database parameters, or file a command sequence to completely purge your profile from our production ledger systems, which automatically terminates active software license distributions.
