SentsicOS Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
Welcome to SentsicOS. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the cloud computing architecture, dashboard interfaces, API gateways, and software distribution utilities (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sentsic ("us", "we", or "our").
By checking the registration compliance box, accessing our secure dashboards, or executing command-line interfaces connected to our network stack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. User Identity & Passwordless Authentication
- Passwordless Token Delivery: SentsicOS relies on an enterprise-grade passwordless verification protocol. At sign-in or account provisioning, a one-time 6-character validation token is generated server-side and dispatched via our authorized SMTP relay to your registered inbox. No passwords are ever stored. You are responsible for securing the inbound email channel and the issued session, and you must treat every delivered token as a sensitive credential.
- Session Integrity: You are entirely responsible for restricting access to your inbox and active browser session parameters (auth_token cookies). You agree to notify Sentsic immediately upon discovery of any unverified access.
- Accuracy of Context: During registration you must provide valid operational metadata, including your true legal name, verified organizational entity, and an active business telephone channel. Providing falsified infrastructure telemetry results in immediate tenant termination.
2. Commercial Subscriptions & Stripe Payment Handshakes
- Service Tiers: SentsicOS grants access based on your designated tier framework (including our introductory "FREE" microservice tier). We reserve the right to modify access parameters, compute resource limits, and license generation volumes per tier with 30 days' notice.
- Stripe Payment Handshakes: All commerce infrastructure and token handshakes are executed through our authorized payment provider, Stripe. By activating a paid service tier, you authorize Sentsic to store tokenized credential profiles and to initiate automated recurring invoices that match your usage matrix. Raw primary account numbers are never written to Sentsic systems.
- Delinquency State: Accounts flagged as PAST_DUE or INACTIVE due to failed payment handshakes are subject to automatic infrastructure restrictions. Access to compilation portals and network synchronization vectors is programmatically suspended until balances resolve to an active baseline.
3. Intellectual Property & On-Premise Hardware Compilation Boundaries
- Proprietary Source Codes: The core architecture, container image schemas, FastAPI microservices, and design layouts comprising the SentsicOS suite remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sentsic.
- On-Premise Hardware Compilation Boundaries: Binaries compiled through our air-gap module are delivered under a restrictive, non-transferable, single-tenant deployment license bound to your authorized on-premise hardware. Compilation artifacts may only run on hardware fingerprinted to your tenant. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting master signing vectors from compiled images is strictly prohibited.
- System Telemetry: While you retain 100% ownership of your proprietary configuration scripts and local data records, you grant SentsicOS the operational right to pass anonymized configuration parameters through our system engines to ensure safe container orchestration.
4. System Availability & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SENTSIC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SECURITY FAULT TOLERANCE, DATABASE SYNC RETENTION, OR INTERRUPTED SMTP RELAY VELOCITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTSIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, STORAGE VOLUMES, OR OFFLINE INFRASTRUCTURE DOWN-TIME) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WORKSPACE MODIFICATIONS EXECUTED BY AUTOMATED SYSTEM AGENTS.
